- The website and mobile applications are official digital platforms of BBSSL and should be used only for lawful purposes related to cooperative activities.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- Users must be a registered farmer, cooperative society member, distributor, or BBSSL employee to access certain services.
- Registration requires accurate personal, land, and society details. Submission of false or misleading information will result in suspension of access.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials (username, password, OTPs).
3. Services Provided
Through our website and applications, BBSSL provides:
- Farmer and Society registration and membership management.
- Land details and crop-related information.
- Sales and production dashboards.
- MIS reporting.
- Online payment facilities for cooperative services and products.
4. User Responsibilities
- Users must use the platform in compliance with all applicable Indian laws.
- Data provided (including personal and agricultural details) must be accurate and up to date.
- Misuse of the system, fraudulent transactions, or attempts to manipulate cooperative benefits will lead to cancellation of services and possible legal action.
5. Digital Payments
- BBSSL provides a secure, integrated payment gateway for online payments.
- BBSSL does not store card details, CVV, or UPI PINs. All transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateway providers.
- Users must ensure they have sufficient balance or credit limits before initiating transactions.
- Payment confirmation will be shared through SMS, email, or in-app notifications.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
- All payments made are treated as official cooperative charges. Refunds will only be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy (see below).
- Users are advised to review all details carefully before making payments.
7. Data Privacy & Security
- BBSSL follows strict data security practices and ensures compliance with Indian data protection standards.
- Data is used only for cooperative and service-related purposes.
- BBSSL will never sell, misuse, or share user data with unauthorized third parties.
8. Dispute Resolution

- Disputes will be resolved in line with cooperative society rules and applicable laws of India.
9. Limitation of Liability
- BBSSL is not responsible for issues arising due to:
- User's internet connectivity/device malfunction.
- Downtime of payment gateway or third-party services.
- Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
- Maximum liability of BBSSL in any case will be limited to the transaction value in dispute.
10. Updates to Terms
- BBSSL may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be published on the website and app. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
